The countdown is on until the clocks go forward and Summertime officially begins.  With the promise of longer days, warmer temperatures and lighter evenings, we’re drawing up a list of all the spots we’re excited to visit this Spring.

Cowdray Farm Shop, West Sussex

A Trip To Rye, East Sussex

Picturesque Rye features cobblestone streets, historic buildings and timeless charm.  Situated on the edge of Romney Marsh in East Sussex, a trip here offers a wide range of experiences.  Art enthusiasts will find numerous galleries scattered throughout the town and food lovers can indulge in all sorts of culinary delights, from cosy cafes to traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants.  For nature enthusiasts, the surrounding countryside offers scenic walks along the coast or through the nearby Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.  Make the most of a Spring day out with a trip to one of the UK’s most beautiful towns.

Every Sunday, in the heart of London’s East End, this vibrant flower market offers everything from seasonal tulips and daffodils, to house plants, herbs, and more.  Beyond flowers, the market also features stalls selling artisanal goods, vintage treasures and delicious street food.  If you head behind the stalls and down the side streets you’ll even find art galleries, antique dealers and independent restaurants.  This destination is at the top of our list.  What better way to welcome Spring into our homes than with a beautiful selection of botanicals?

No. 42, Margate

Take advantage of the warmer temperatures with a seaside weekend getaway.  No.42 by Guesthouse have nabbed a spot on Margate High Street.  With sea views, this newly renovated Victorian building houses 21 rooms, with a range of delightful features, from four poster beds, to balconies and showers for two.  Its prime spot means the beach is only a stones throw away, or you can head inland to explore the vibrant town of Margate.  With its gorgeous interiors, treatment rooms and rooftop bar, No. 42 is well worth the visit.  Oh, and did we mention your dog can come too?
